Systems to replace. Steadrate plugs into what you already run

The problem

You're not losing loads.
You're losing money on loads you already ran.

The RateCon is buried in an inbox. The ELD knows your truck sat six hours at the receiver. The invoice went out without it. The broker short-paid, and nobody noticed. No single system sees the whole load — so the money falls through the cracks between them.

Missed detention

Your driver waited five hours. Your invoice billed zero. The ELD proves it, the RateCon pays for it — nobody connected the two.

Unbilled accessorials

Lumpers, layovers, TONUs, extra stops. Earned on the dock, forgotten by the time billing closes the load.

Short pays

$150 here, $250 there. Too small to chase one by one — too big to ignore across hundreds of loads a year.

Factoring deductions

Fees, chargebacks and reserves pulled from your advances — rarely traced back to a load, almost never questioned.

How it works

Every load becomes
an open-and-shut case.

Steadrate lines up what you agreed to, what actually happened, what you billed and what hit your account — and only raises a flag when money is truly missing, not just early. No noise. No false alarms.

01

Contract truth

What you agreed to: rate, fuel and every accessorial term.

RateCon · TMS
02

Operational truth

What really happened — arrivals, departures, wait time.

ELD · Telematics
03

Billing truth

What you asked to be paid, and when.

TMS · Accounting
04

Cash truth

What actually hit your account, net of every deduction.

RateCons in. Zero data entry.

Forward your dispatch inbox to your own Steadrate address. Every RateCon is read, parsed and filed against its load — rate, stops, appointments and the fine print on detention and accessorials.

  • Dispatch keeps working exactly the way it does today
  • Original PDFs kept as evidence for any dispute
  • Revised RateCons tracked — so you always bill the latest terms

Disputes brokers
can't brush off.

Brokers deny claims that look like guesses. They pay claims that come with timestamps, signed BOLs and their own RateCon terms quoted back to them. Steadrate builds that case — and tells you what's missing before you hit send.

01

Know the story

A plain-English breakdown of what happened, what you're owed and why — in thirty seconds.

02

Plug the gaps

See exactly which documents you have, which ones are missing, and which ones actually matter.

03

Chase it to cash

Send by email or portal, get follow-up reminders, and log every dollar until the case is closed.

FAQ

Questions carriers ask.

Is Steadrate live today?

The engine is built and stress-tested. Right now we're onboarding a small group of design-partner carriers to run it on real loads — and they get a direct say in what we build next.

Do we have to change our TMS or ELD?

No. Steadrate connects read-only to the tools you already use and works alongside your dispatch and billing team. Nobody has to learn a new TMS.

Does Steadrate send disputes to brokers on its own?

Never without you. Every dispute is drafted with evidence attached, and someone on your team approves it before it goes out. Your broker relationships stay in your hands.

What about our data?

Your data is used for one thing: making sure you get paid. Connections are read-only, and we only ask for the access needed to see contract, operations, billing and cash.
